“Lejasbisenieki” is a leisure site which is located in a scenic, quiet place in the territory of theGauja National Park. Guest house is situated 7km from Sigulda and 2.5 km far from Turaida Museum Reserve.

The longest river in Latvia – the Gauja – flows near us. In the winter season we can accommodate companies for up to 20 people, but in the summer season we can also accommodate larger companies and offer more entertainment options. Lejasbisenieki is a great place to celebrate your holiday in the silence of nature.

CAMPING
LEJASBISENIEKI

Camping houses are also available in our territory. They are equipped with a kitchen area – dishes, refrigerator. Bunk beds and double beds, towels and bed linen. Dining table with chairs.

The cottages are designed for 4 people. Showers and toilets are in a separate building.

Turaida Medieval Castle

The most visited museum in Latvia, which tell the story of events that have occurred during the last 1000 years.

Gutman’s Cave

The largest cave in the Baltic countries and also the oldest tourist attraction in Latvia. On the walls of the cave there are inscriptions from the 17th century.

Castle of Livonian order in Sigulda

The Livonian Order Castle of Sigulda was built in 1207 as a castella type castle, however, it was later rebuilt into a convent type building.

Devils rock and cave

The last greatest rock wall of the Gauja valley, 15 m high. 8 m below water level, the Devil’s cave – an ancient place of worship – has formed in the cliff. It is a protected geological object.

HOW TO FIND US?

At the Turaida intersection at the “Turaida Museum Reserve” – turn left if you are driving from Ragana or at the intersection at the “Turaida Museum Reserve” drive along the main road or straight if you are driving from Sigulda.

The next sign will be the end of the Turaida sign, just before it you have to turn left, there you will already See a big sign “Lejasbisenieki”. Follow this dirt road “by the right hand” for about a kilometer, until you see a house on the left side of the road, where 50 m behind it there will be a repeated sign “Lejasbisenieki”. There you have to turn left.
